Developing web applications and systems for businesses
I offer web application development for businesses — SaaS systems and dashboards included: from MVP through integrations, payments and automation to launch and ongoing development. Security is part of sound architecture — not the main topic of this offer.
- A concrete process solved
- Integrations and automation
- Launch and further development
Project kickoff
- 1Discussion of business goals, constraints and timeline
- 2Scope proposal, estimate and iteration plan
- 3Development with regular demos and feedback
- 4Testing, deployment, documentation and knowledge transfer
I handle design and delivery directly — with contact through analysis, delivery and further development.
Experience proven by own products
Competence is shown by SaaS products I design and ship end-to-end: the live Recevio and BeautyBoost AI, plus KinderFlow, currently in preparation. They demonstrate a concrete scope of work: architecture, integrations (payments, CRM, Meta, APIs), deployment, monitoring and ongoing development after launch.
- Recevio — enquiry and lead automation
- BeautyBoost AI — bookings from messaging channels
- KinderFlow — facility workflows and parent communication
Projects that show the approach
Recevio
AI virtual reception for service businesses
SaaS that automates enquiry handling from the website, Instagram and Facebook — leads, appointments and a business dashboard across service industries.

- Payments, CRM, forms and messaging (email, Meta)
- Webhooks, schedules and workflows that automate operations
- Passing leads, statuses and events between systems
How collaboration works
- Discussion of business goals, constraints and timeline
- Scope proposal, estimate and iteration plan
- Development with regular demos and feedback
- Testing, deployment, documentation and knowledge transfer
- Optional post-launch support and further features
What you get
- A working application or module ready to use
- Repository with clear code and README
- CI/CD and environment setup (dev/stage/prod) when in scope
- API documentation and maintenance notes
FAQ
Which technologies do you use?
Most often Next.js/React, Node.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL, APIs, Stripe, Meta and AI integrations. Python/Django remains an option — I choose the stack for the project, not the other way around.
Do you only build greenfield, or also take over existing code?
Both. For takeovers I start with a repository review, security and deployment state.
Do you include application security?
Yes — authorisation, input validation and sensible access architecture. After larger releases a pentest can be planned.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price for an agreed scope, or time & material for iterative growth. Scope and timeline are set upfront.
What happens after launch?
I can maintain infrastructure, ship fixes and grow the product — or hand everything over to your team with documentation.
